Since 1909, chocolate has been synonymous with dreams and passion for Bruyerre. We have dedicated ourselves to transmitting artisanal knowledge and traditional recipes for more than 100 years. Our chocolate makers are constantly looking for new combinations of tastes, sometimes original, sometimes surprising but always delicious.
Taking the time and effort to research healthier and more responsible products has led us to offer a range that is free of artificial colors and flavors as well almost entirely free of palm oil.
100% pure cocoa butter
We only use 100% pure cocoa butter chocolate and do not incorporate any preservatives in our products.
The hazelnut praliné has been the flagship of our brand for over 100 years. We still produce it in our Gosselies workshops with an artisanal process to guarantee the authentic character that defines us so well.
In an effort to transition to cleaner energy, Bruyerre uses solar panels and wind power.
